What the Program Includes:

  • Initial 60-Minute Consultation: We’ll establish your goals, identify barriers, and discuss what drives you. Regular check-ins will help ensure you’re on track.
  • Nutrition Guidance: Receive personalised coaching on meal planning, tailored to support your strength training regimen. Learn how to fuel your body effectively, with practical advice on what, when, and how to eat.
  • Customised Fitness Plan: A strength-focused training plan, tailored to your unique needs and adjusted as you progress. Includes one weekly one-hour personal training session.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regular tracking of your strength gains, measurements, and other relevant metrics to ensure you’re meeting your targets.
  • Access to Training Club: Membership to an online platform featuring 11 weekly live and on-demand classes with me and a fellow specialist Personal Trainer.
