Jon Bailey Training 's training philosophy is based on functional movements that help clients improve their overall fitness, mobility, and strength. The focus is on proper form and technique to prevent injuries and maximise results.
Jon Bailey Training uses a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, TRX, and cardio machines. Training programmes are customised based on the client's goals and preferences.
Training sessions typically last 60 minutes, but can be adjusted based on the client's schedule and availability.
My rates vary depending on the length and frequency of the sessions. Please contact me for more information.
