  • Initial 60-Minute Consultation: We’ll discuss your goals, identify any barriers, and uncover what motivates you. Regular check-ins will help us track your progress.
  • Nutrition Guidance: Personalised advice on meal planning that complements your training. Learn about the best foods to fuel your body, when to eat, and how to maintain a balanced diet that supports your strength goals.
  • Customised Fitness Plan: A strength-focused training regimen tailored to your evolving needs, with adjustments made as you progress.
  • Daily Logging and Feedback: Track key metrics and habits that contribute to holistic health. I’ll review your logs and provide feedback to ensure accountability and identify trends.
  • Weekly Accountability Check-Ins: A 20-minute session each week to review your progress, address challenges, and adjust goals as needed.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regular tracking of your strength gains, measurements, and other relevant metrics to ensure you're on the right path.
  • Access to Training Club: Membership to an online platform featuring 11 weekly live and on-demand classes with me and a fellow specialist Personal Trainer.
