Join me in the gym for a fun and challenging personal training session or I can come to your home and train you in your own environment. I offer a variety of training including boxing, personal, strength, weights and HIIT training and more. I train at the gym at St Helen’s School on Eastbury Road, Northwood.
If you find you’re better focused in the comfort of your own home then I can train you online with you and get one-on-one training tailored to your fitness goals and needs. I am a fully certified trainer, who will create a personalised plan to help you achieve your desired results.
That's why I offer a free 30-minute consultation to all new clients, which includes a comprehensive range of assessments designed to give you a clear picture of your overall health and fitness.
During this consultation, I will begin by conducting a health and medical questionnaire to understand your medical history and any underlying health conditions that may impact your fitness program. This information is essential to ensuring that your fitness program is safe and effective.
Next, I will conduct a comprehensive fitness assessment to evaluate your current level of fitness and identify areas for improvement. This assessment may include a range of tests, such as strength, flexibility, and endurance tests, to give me a clear picture of your overall fitness level.
To help you achieve your fitness goals, I will also provide you with nutritional advice tailored to your unique needs and goals. This may include advice on macronutrient balance, portion control, and meal planning. As part of the assessment, I use Tanita Body Composition Analysers to provide you with a detailed breakdown of your body composition, including your muscle mass, water, and body fat. This information is critical to understanding your body's unique needs and can help you make informed decisions about your behavior, especially if you are experiencing weight-related problems. In addition to providing you with a clear picture of your body composition, the Tanita Body Composition Analysers can also provide you with valuable information about your bone density and metabolic age. This information can help you better understand your overall health and wellbeing, and make informed decisions about your lifestyle habits to improve your overall quality of life.

My journey into personal training began with my love for boxing, which still remains a passion of mine to this day.
Over the past 20 years, I have worked in the health and fitness industry, gaining valuable experience at some of London and the home counties' most prestigious fitness centres. My career in personal training began at a small hotel group in Aylesbury, where I honed my skills and developed my passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. From there, I moved on to Fitness First, where I continued to gain experience working with a diverse range of clients.
After several years at Fitness First, I was given the opportunity to train elite athletes at Brunel University, where I spent six years helping some of the country's most promising athletes achieve their full potential. More recently, I have worked at Virgin Riverside in Northwood and Greys Studio in St John's Wood, London.
At both of these prestigious fitness centres, I have continued to develop my skills as a personal trainer, helping clients from all walks of life to achieve their fitness goals, improve their health and wellbeing, and enhance their overall quality of life.
